Standard of Conduct
We conduct our operations with honesty, integrity and openness, and with respect for the human rights and interests of our employees. We shall similarly respect the legitimate interests of those with whom we have relationships.
Employees

Obeying the governing Laws
We are committed to meeting or exceeding all laws and regulations wherever we conduct our business activities. The Company expects every employee to know the laws and policies that apply to their activities, and to conduct them with uncompromising honesty and integrity.
Confidentiality of Information
We are committed to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality of personal and professional information of our employees , business partners and Pwds unless otherwise governed by any laws or rules and regulations of the country of operation or by way of consent given by the person.
Financial reporting and accounting
We are committed to ensure that all the official records of the conduct of the Company’s business must be accurate, honest and complete, without any restriction or qualification of any kind. All the accounting records and supporting documents must accurately describe and reflect the nature of the underlying transactions. The Company does not condone concealing any payment by means of passing it through the books or accounts of third parties, such as agents or consultants.
Conflict of Interest
The Company policy regarding possible conflict of interest is based on the principle that an employee’s decisions in the business must be made solely in the best interest of Atypical Advantage. In reaching these decisions, an employee should not be influenced by personal or family considerations which might consciously (or unconsciously) affect his or her judgement as to what is in the best interest of Atypical Advantage.
Business Integrity
Atypical Advantage does not give or receive, whether directly or indirectly, bribes or other improper advantages for business or financial gain. No employee may offer, give or receive any gift or payment which is, or may be construed as being, a bribe. Any demand for, or offer of, a bribe must be rejected immediately and reported to management.
Political Contributions and Related Policies
The Company’s basic policy is that Atypical Advantage’s funds or resources may not be used to make a political contribution to any political candidate or political party anywhere in the world.
■ Exceptions to the Company’s basic policy are allowed only where such contributions are permitted by law and express permission has been given in advance by the board.
■ Our policy does not permit the use of any of our facilities or resources by employees for political campaigning, political fundraising or partisan political purposes.
■ A decision by an employee to contribute any personal time, money or other resources to a political campaign or political activity must be totally voluntary.
Compliance – Monitoring – Reporting
Compliance with these principles is an essential element in our business success. The company’s Board is responsible for ensuring these principles are applied throughout. Any breaches of the Code must be reported. Provision has been made for employees to be able to report in confidence and no employee will suffer as a consequence of doing so.
